Despite its many meanings, Political Correctness can be described simply as “the politics of how to treat groups correctly”. It is a revival of the age-old discussion surrounding tolerance that can be said to ask questions like, “what is the right balance between tolerance and sensitivity in civil society?”. PC is also a favorite fodder for political talking points. Despite its sometimes trivial uses, it a vital but complex topic that escapes any simple definition… which is why we created a section on it.
